One place for the whole group

A weekend in the city, a holiday or a trip to an event — start with one shared trip. Add your destination, dates and settlement currency.

Invite friends with a link

Share an invitation with your group. The organiser approves people who ask to join. Verify your access by email, without remembering another password.

Fewer plans lost in the chat

Your shared itinerary, saved places, documents and expenses stay close at hand. Everyone can check the details before and during the trip.

YOUR KIND OF TRIP

For weekends away, longer holidays and shared memories.

Wherever you’re heading, keep everything you decide together in one place.

GETTING STARTED

From the first idea to a shared plan.

  1. 01

    Pick a destination

Add a destination, dates and a trip name. You don’t need to have every day planned yet.

  2. 02

    Invite your friends

Share a link and approve friends who join. Now everyone can plan in the same place.

  3. 03

    Make it your trip

Add places, times and bookings. Leave some room for spontaneous ideas too.

  4. 04

    Split the costs

Record shared expenses. Triptab shows who owes whom, during the trip and after you get home.

SHARED EXPENSES

Everyone pays for something. Everyone knows who owes whom.

One friend pays for the stay, another covers dinner. Add your expenses and choose who shares each cost. Triptab brings them together into clear balances and suggested repayments.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Before you go.

A few things worth knowing before your first trip with Triptab.

Do I need to create an account?

Start with your name and email address. You do not need a password. After creating a trip, verify your email using the link we send you so you can access it on another device too.

How do I invite friends?

Create a trip and share an invitation link with your group. The organiser approves people who ask to join. You can also add participants just for expense splitting.

Can we pay in different currencies?

Yes. Choose a settlement currency for your trip and record expenses in other currencies. Get the NBP exchange rate for the expense date or enter your own rate.

Does Triptab make payments?

No. Triptab helps calculate who owes whom. Make payments outside the app, then record repayments in your trip.

Does everyone need to use the app?

No. You can include people in expense splits without them joining the app. Friends invited with a link can access shared plans once the organiser approves them.
